When records with identical names are in both lists, the most recently modified one will be retained.
Continue and locate list to merge?

Address Book will save the list, allocate more memory and reload the list. 
You have to re-initiate the same merge from the file menu continue the merge. 

The list was cleared from memory.
Either re-open it or quit and follow the previous instructions.

The changes to the list in memory wil be saved before merging. 

"Yes" will ALLOCATE MEMORY and reload the current list file. The merge will then continue.
"No" will just continue the merge. 

There are more records in the merging list than the allocated memory can hold.


The list will now be checked for duplicate records.

This will merge a list which you will select into the list in memory.
